You were my first passion, my first love, first obsession. Thank you for being so good to me all these years. Without you, I would never be the person I am today.

You always have a way of Reminding me how capable and worthy I am while at the same time keeping me humble and reminding me I need to keep growing.

Here’s to many more years together.

Love, your humble student. J.S

If I could make one wish it would be that you change more lives like you’ve changed mine. Most importantly you’ve shown me exactly who I never want to be.

Thank you, J.F

You’ve taught me what it means to show up for myself. To love myself. To push past limits I didn’t know I was capable of. More importantly, you’ve shown me that I can’t do much by myself. That I have people in my corner that want me to succeed as much as I want them to. In a sport that appears singular I realize I am much stronger with this community you’ve welcomed me into. Everyday I learn from you and am encouraged by you. Without you, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.

Thank you ! M.K

Thank you for teaching me that reach, timing, and power are tools in boxing and in life. Thank you for showing me that even if I feel alone in the ring, I have a team in my corner. Thank you for teaching me the magnitude of planting myself, pivoting, shifting, and parrying, and when to apply each. But most of all, thank you for humbling me enough to learn my true strength and being patient with me as I continue this untld journey.

Thank you, T.P

When I put boxing gloves on for the very first time I probably looked like a disaster. My coach did once say that I couldn’t tell my left from my right. I didn’t care because I was already in love with boxing at that point. Boxing has made me stronger both physically and mentally. There’s no better feeling than flowing on the mitts or hitting the speedbag really hard after a tough day. Plus I’m not mad about the super toned arms boxing has afforded me. Thank you boxing for making me strong and being able to punch harder than some guys. I’m forever grateful.

Love always, A.S
